The proposed course has the basic and elementary purpose of training the student as

Technical Labor Specialist using the payroll program: A3 ASESOR nom.

 

With our labor technician course you will obtain the necessary skills to manage all the labor administrative obligations that companies have in the hiring of workers, either in terms of prevention of occupational risks, movements of affiliation to social security, employment contracts, the preparation of payrolls together with the variables and incidences of the month, the calculation of social security, the IRPF and the calculation of settlements. All this from an eminently practical perspective and through the PROGRAM A3 ASESOR nom. In short, the proposed objectives are:

 

  • Acquire basic knowledge about labor regulations to develop them through the payroll program.
  • Know the procedure for entering data of the company, the work centers, the collective agreement and its workers.
  • Know the procedure for registration, affiliation and withdrawal of workers in Social Security and manage it through the program.
  • Make the preparation of the work contracts and generate the presentation file to the SEPE.
  • Calculate and liquidate the payrolls of personnel, knowing the structure of the salary, the perceptions of salary and extrasalarial character, the deductions, the retentions, etc., as well as the introduction and calculation in the program of the different casuistry that are generated in the relations labor.
  • Generation of the RNT and RLC files for the payment of social security
  • Generation of the calculation file of withholdings model 111 (monthly and quarterly) and model 190 (annual relation).
  • Know the use of the SILTRA program to establish communications with social security.

Duration and price
The modality of distance learning of this course allows the student to make compatible the training with his availability of time and place of residence.
